Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 2026

We believe clarity up front beats any argument later. This page explains when a service can be cancelled, when a refund applies, and how it works.

1. The nature of our services

Our services are professional services delivered through real effort and working hours (strategy, design, campaign management, content) — not off-the-shelf products that can be returned. Refunds are therefore tied to what has actually been delivered up to the date of the request.

2. Cancelling monthly packages

  • You can stop your subscription at any time by giving notice at least 7 days before the start of the next cycle.
  • On cancellation, the service continues to the end of the paid cycle and does not renew after that.
  • The current cycle is non-refundable because work on it has already begun.

3. One-off projects

Such as web design or brand identity:

  • Before work begins: The full amount paid is refunded.
  • After work begins and before the first delivery: The remainder is refunded after deducting the value of work completed.
  • After the first delivery: No refund applies, and you are entitled to the agreed revisions within the scope of work.

4. Advertising budgets

Budget paid to advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta platforms) is not refundable by us, because it is spent directly with those platforms and is subject to their policies. Any balance not yet spent is returned to you in full.

5. What refunds do not cover

  • Not achieving particular results or figures, since we do not guarantee results, as explained in the terms and conditions.
  • Project delays caused by the client being late in supplying materials or approvals.
  • The client changing the scope of work after approving it.

6. How to request a refund

Send your request to [email protected] stating the service name and the reason. We review it and respond within 5 business days, and once approved the amount is transferred back by the same payment method within 14 business days.

7. Resolving disputes

We always prefer to reach a direct and fair resolution. If that is not possible, the matter is handled as set out in the Terms and Conditions.
