These terms set out the basis on which we provide our services at Beeta Grow. By using the site or engaging us for any service, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

Beeta Grow is a marketing agency operating in the Saudi market, providing ad campaign management, search engine optimization, content creation, web design, brand identity, and AI-powered marketing solutions.

2. Scope of service

The scope of each service is defined in a quotation or written agreement covering deliverables, timeline and fees. Anything not stated explicitly in that agreement falls outside the agreed scope of work.

3. Pricing and payment

  • Prices shown on the site are indicative; the final price is the one confirmed in the quotation sent to you.
  • Monthly packages are paid in advance at the start of each cycle, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Paid advertising budget is separate from management fees, and is paid directly to the advertising platforms or transferred to us to spend on your behalf.
  • Late payment may result in the service being paused until outstanding amounts are settled.

4. Client responsibilities

To ensure quality of execution, the client agrees to:

  • Provide the information, materials and access we need in good time.
  • Respond to requests and approvals within a reasonable period, since delays can affect the timeline.
  • Ensure that materials they supply (copy, images, logos) do not infringe anyone else's rights.

5. Results and expectations

We work to best practice and base our decisions on real data, but digital marketing is affected by factors outside our control such as competition, market behaviour, advertising platform policies, and the quality of the product or service itself.

For that reason we do not guarantee specific sales figures or a particular position in search results. Any figures or results shown on the site reflect past work and are not a promise of similar outcomes.

6. Intellectual property

  • Ownership of the final delivered work (designs, content, website) passes to the client once all fees are paid in full.
  • Our internal tools, methodologies and templates remain the property of Beeta Grow.
  • We may display the work in our portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We keep confidential the information and data we access in the course of the work, and do not disclose it to any third party except with your permission or under a legal obligation.

8. Ending the engagement

Packages are monthly and flexible, and either party may end the engagement with prior notice as set out in the agreement. Fees for work performed up to the termination date remain payable.

9. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits or lost opportunities. In all cases our total liability will not exceed the amounts actually paid for the service in dispute during the preceding three months.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services or legal requirements change, and the update takes effect from the date it is published on this page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and its competent courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
